Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment has been accepted, a pay link will be sent to you for a $20 deposit which will go towards your total service (for 1st time clients and/or on-site appointments). For travel requests more than 30 miles away from Kearny Mesa, the additional travel fee must be paid upfront; a pay link will be sent for this. Deposit amount and rules will differ for massage parties. I have 3-hour minimum cancellation policy and a 3-day notice for massage parties. **If the cancellation notice is within 3 hours of the appointment time, the client will be able to reschedule up to one time. If not rescheduling, 50% of paid amount may be refunded if requested at time of cancelation. **A cancelation fee up to the full amount of service applies if the cancelation is within 2 hours of start time. A pay link will be sent shortly after for the amount. Thank you for understanding! **No refunds for no notice. There is a 10-minute grace period past the start time. If your appointment request is made a day in advance (and accepted) and I cancel our appointment with less than a 3-hour notice, you may request your deposit to be fully refunded. Arriving late will reduce your session time.
